The Happiness Project is a series of classroom sessions where we explore issues relating to emotional health and wellbeing. Teaching children how to understand and manage their feelings and emotions.

The sessions teach children practical life skills to develop their emotional intelligence and prepare them for their adulthood.

All sessions are 45mins long and are delivered in an engaging, child appropriate way
