The opportunity to book Shahana Knight for a site visit to do an environment walk to inspire, offer fresh ideas and new ways of thinking you can implement straight away
In the moment insight, ideas and strategies
Honest, grounded conversations with staff and leaders
Clear signposting to resources, training or next steps (where helpful)
Time to ask questions and think differently
These sessions are practical, conversational and grounded in real school experience.
Many schools choose to have staff join the walk with their notebooks to create a shared reflective experience.

This visit focuses on the physical learning environment and will be informed by our Therapeutic Classrooms approach.
Together we will:
Walk through classrooms and shared spaces
Explore how the environment may be affecting the children (and staff)
Identify small, realistic changes that can make a big difference
Discuss furniture, layout, comfort and sensory considerations
Share practical ideas you can implement immediately
Note: This is not a design service or a deep audit, it helps schools see their spaces differently, reframe perceptions and take away ideas they can implement straight away.
This visit takes a wider view of the school as a system and draws from our Therapeutic Schools approach.
Together we will:
Talk through how children are supported across the school day
Explore provision, transitions, breaktimes and lunch times
Discuss children who are finding school particularly hard
Reflect on current approaches to behaviour, regulation and support
Share therapeutic strategies and ideas aligned with a whole-school approach
Note: This isn’t a behaviour management consultation for specific children. The focus is on practical insight, new ways of thinking and ideas to consider that will support all children, especially those who are struggling.

Therapeutic Classrooms Insight
A focus on the physical learning environment, comfort, layout and SEN/SEMH considerations.
Therapeutic School Insight
A wider view of provision, transitions, breaktimes, regulation, and whole-school therapeutic, trauma informed practice.
These sessions are advisory in nature and don’t include written reports, behaviour management plans or ongoing consultancy.
