Supporting children through a bereavement or loss

When you loose a loved one, it can be really difficult to know how to support children.
There is often so much going on with family, funerals, organising houses and paperwork and it can all feel really overwhelming. It can be hard to know what to say or do with children, especially if you are also grieving yourself. We have put together a number of resource guides to help. We hope there is something here that will help you and the children through this difficult time.

(We also have some videos on our YouTube channel  and help hub too in the bereavement section.
